Essential Functions

Role:

  • Teach courses as described and assigned and provide academic instruction to students for the assigned biblical studies courses. 
  • Create and grade assignments by utilizing online platforms (Canvas, Zoom, etc.)
  • Discuss class progress with the program coordinator, including teaching performance through observation.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to serving and inspiring students in an academic context that integrates your Christian faith and learning.

  • Other job duties as assigned
  • Collaborate with other faculty as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • M.A. or Ph.D. in related field of study
  • Demonstrated appropriate teaching experience
  • Ability to work with students, staff, and faculty in a collegial environment
  • Commitment to the Christian faith and the University’s mission of Christ-centered teaching and learning and involvement in a local church.
