- PROGRAM & ADMINISTRATION
The Committee on the Program for the Annual General Meeting is responsible for the planning and administration of the AGM.- The AGM normally is held the first week of August.

- PARTICIPATION
Attendance at the AGM is open to Full, Associate. Graduate Student members, and to those persons who receive an invitation at the request of the President or the Committee on the Program for the annual general meeting. Candidates for membership also are invited to attend the AGM during which their application is voted on. (N.B. Membership applications must be received at least one month prior to the AGM.) - EXHIBITS
Academic publishers and booksellers are invited to exhibit during the meeting.
