Mid-Atlantic Regional Meeting CFP
Call for Papers
The Catholic Biblical Association of America now accepts paper proposals from biblical scholars in the region for CBA’s 2025 Mid-Atlantic regional meeting, March 15-16, 2025. This hybrid event welcomes researchers (Ph.D.) and advanced doctoral students from the region to submit proposals for presentations (300 words), to be submitted using the Proposal Form by January 6, 2025. Decisions will be announced on February 3, 2025.
Researchers from various fields related to and including Hebrew Bible/LXX, Pseudepigrapha, Apocrypha, Qumran Scrolls, New Testament, and Early Jewish and Christian literature, are invited to attend the event and present their research. Presentations should be 20 minutes in length, and followed by 25 minutes of discussion.
CBA’s 2025 Mid-Atlantic regional hybrid meeting will be hosted at Princeton Theological Seminary and the Erdman Center, located in Princeton, New Jersey. Event registration fees for hybrid and in-person participants are $30/Hybrid, $40/in person for those holding a PhD and $10 for graduate students. Registration scholarships are available upon request.
Lunch and coffee breaks on Saturday and coffee break on Sunday are included in registration. We welcome a keynote address presented by Professor Dale Allison (PTS) on Saturday evening, followed by open discussion among participants.
