REGISTRATION:

  • MEETING PARTICIPATION is open to all dues paying CBA members and those whose membership application is being considered at the Monday Business Meeting.
    Anyone who is neither a member nor an applicant for membership must receive an invitation from the CBA President or the Committee on the Program of the Annual General Meeting to participate in the meeting. 
    Vendors must receive an invitation to exhibit.

  • FEE: The registration cost is $150, which includes socials and coffee breaks (after June 27, 11:59 PM EDT, a $25 late fee will be added)
  • REGISTER: When the registration site is active, the link will be provided here.
    • You will need to either create an *Iris account using your e-mail address, or you may interface with the registration program with your Facebook, Google, Twitter, or Yahoo account by clicking on the corresponding logo.
      *N.B. The registration site is operated by CUA, not CBA, so your CBA login credentials will not work.
    • Registration closes on July 8, 2018. THERE WILL BE NO ONSITE REGISTRATION.

    • ON CAMPUS: There is limited onsite housing offered on a first come, first served basis. 

      Each guest receives a blanket, flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillow case, disposable pillow, 1 bath towel, 1 face cloth, cup, soap with a one time fee of $15. 
      There also will be a 14.75% lodging tax assessed to all room reservations.

      There are three locations available:
      • West Hall: $37 per night. 70 singles available for the 3 nights of the meeting (Saturday check-in and Tuesday check-out). 
        10 singles available for early arrival (Friday, July 27) and/or late departure (Wednesday, August 1).
        • Each suite shares a bathroom with two sinks, two vanities, one toilet and shower
        • Microfridge provided in each room
        • Computer lab and study room located on 3rd floor with a printer for resident's use
        • 24-hour lounge/game room located on 2nd floor
        • Heating and AC unit in each room
        • Two cable, internet, and phone outlets in each room
        • Furnished lounges with flat screen TV and cable located on each wing on every floor. Also located in each lounge is a kitchenette.
        • Free laundry facilities located on the 3rd floor, equipped with LaundryView web application (viewing of washer/dryer availability from your room)
        • Fully functional community kitchen on the 1st floor is available to all residents
      • Residence Village: $60.50 per night. 36 singles available for the 3 nights of the meeting (Saturday check-in and Tuesday check-out).
        10 singles available for early arrival (Friday, July 27) and/or late departure (Wednesday, August 1).
        • A townhome-style complex
        • Units have three bedrooms and 2 (or 2 1/2) baths
        • Living room furnished with one couch, two chairs, large coffee table, side table, lamp and barstools
        • The kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and adjacent dining area with bar-style seating
        • Washer and dryer are provided in each unit
        • A 24-hour common area where residents can check their mail, watch television in front of a gas fireplace, and play billiards
        • Community computers and printer for resident use are located in the 24-hour common area
      • DeSmet Hall: $35 per night. 70 singles available for the 3 nights of the meeting (Saturday check-in and Tuesday check-out).
        No early arrivals or late departures available.
        • Co-ed by wing with common restrooms and showers located on each wing
        • Microfridge provided in each room
        • Computer lab located on 1st floor with a printer for resident use
        • 24-hour study/computer room located on first floor
        • Heating and AC unit in each room
        • Free laundry facilities located on the first floor, equipped with LaundryView web application (viewing of washer/dryer availability from your room)
        • A furnished lounge with cable TV

PARKING:

On campus parking is available for $3 per day at the campus kiosk or through the mobile app (Regis University will give more details on the app closer to the meeting date).

MEALS: 

There are four meal plans available:

  • 9 meal plan (Saturday Dinner - Tuesday Lunch) - $116
  • 8 meal plan (Saturday Dinner - Tuesday Breakfast) - $105
  • 6 meal plan (Sat Dinner - Tue Lunch, no Breakfasts) - $56
  • 5 meal plan (Sat Dinner - Mon Dinner, no Breakfasts) -$45
