CBA/CCD Reception at SBL/AAR Meeting
The Catholic Biblical Association of America and the Confraternity of Christian Doctrine jointly hosted a reception at the SBL/AAR meeting in San Francisco, CA. Many CBA members and other interested scholars attended the reception on Sunday evening, Nov. 20, 2011.
Members of the CBA Executive Board hosted the affair, and Mary Sperry represented the CCD. Both organizations are involved in promoting the New American Bible - Revised Edition, which was published just this year.
